How to support entrepreneurship and competitiveness? What instruments and mechanisms are the most effective? How to increase the possibilities of engaging private capital (repayable instruments, PPP)? Smart specializations as an instrument supporting the economic transformation and innovation of regions.The role of macro-regional strategies and other interregional cooperation mechanisms comprehensively addressing the problems and challenges common to a given area.
