Dane osobowe mogą zostać ujawnione właściwym organom, upoważnionym zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem. Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, a osobie, która wyraża zgodę na przetwarzanie danych osobowych przysługuje prawo do ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do momentu odwołania zgody.
Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać cofnięta w dowolnym momencie. Osobie, która wyraża zgodę na przetwarzanie danych osobowych przysługuje prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego w sytuacji, gdy przetwarzanie danych osobowych narusza przepisy ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. Zapoznałem/łam się z Polityką Prywatności i akceptuję ją. Moje dane osobowe przekazywane są przeze mnie dobrowolnie. Zostałem/łam poinformowany/na o przysługującym mi prawie dostępu do treści moich danych oraz ich poprawiania.

- The Data Controller at the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy is the Minister of Development Funds and Regional Policy with its seat in Warsaw, ul. Wspólna 2/4 (www.mfipr.gov.pl).
- Contact details to the Data Protection Officer (DPO): IOD@mfipr.gov.pl
- Data may be disclosed to following categories of recipients: public authorities (Polish Agency for Enterprise Development – co-organizer of the event) and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for purposes that results from legal provisions, entities providing services necessary for MIiR to perform tasks, including IT partners, entities providing technical or organizational tasks.
- Giving personal data is voluntary, and the person that gives consent to personal data processing has the right to have the data rectified, to erase, to restrict processing, to data portability, to lodge an objection, to withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the compliance with the law of the personal data processing performed prior to the withdrawal of such consent. Personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.
- Consent to personal data processing may be withdrawn at any time.
- The person that gives consent to personal data processing has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
