The implementation of organizational improvements at the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Łapy

Description

The aim of the project was to implement organizational improvements consisting in separating administrative work from social work and social services. We wanted to show that social assistance not only pays "benefits", but above all helps to get out of a difficult life situation. 

Thanks to the funds from the project, we could equip the place for the first contact, the positions of social workers in social work teams and social services, and delegate some social workers to carry out work in the field. Employees worked on the basis of social projects with unemployed, disabled and elderly people, people experiencing domestic violence, families with children, etc. The objectives of the project were achieved.
