Description
The project includes energy efficiency improvement in 139 artistic education institutions (187 old degraded buildings generating high maintenance costs). The investment consists mainly in insulation of structural elements, replacement of windows, heaters, ventilation and air conditioning channels and pipes, construction of lighting systems, electrical wires and cables, light fittings, installation of new boilers, heat pumps, etc.
It will result in energy efficiency (decreased energy demand and consumption), improvement in the condition of environment due to limitation of emission of pollutants having especially harmful effects on quality of human life, improvement of occupational health and safety of students and teachers, but also better visual and utility effect of the buildings.
