Forum of Cities and Regions. Investing in Western Balkans-Investing in Europe
The Forum of Cities and Regions will be held in Rzeszow, Poland, from 4 to 6 June 2019 in the Conference Center G2A Arena located in Rzeszów-Jasionka.
The venue
G2A Arena - The Congress and Exhibition Center is the most modern business facility located in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship.
Access to G2 arena
By plane
G2 Arena is located next to the international airport. The distance from the arrivals and departures terminals in Rzeszow Jasionka Airport to the Conference Center G2A Arena is within 3 minutes walking.
By car/bus
G2A Arena is close to Rzeszow - 15 min. from the city center. The facility is located near two important roads: DK9 and DK19, the S19 expressway, as well as the A4 motorway.
There is also an urban bus in the city center Rzeszow located nearby central railway station and bus station ‘PKP’ & ‘PKS’ to the G2Arena– no.51, 53 (last bus stop is airport Rzeszow). Urban buses are available every 1 hour.

Please note that the travel by car from Krakow to Rzeszow takes approximately 2 hours.

Transportation transfers
During the "Forum of Cities and Regions", i.e. from 4 to 6 June 2019 cars for the HoD’s, Ministers and Secretaries / Undersecretaries of States as well as the buses for the rest of participants will be provided by the Ministry of Investment and Economic Development for the transfers between Hotel Rzeszow, Hotel Bristol and Conference Center G2A Arena (Jasionka).
Transportation will be also provided from Hotels in Rzeszow to the Lancut Castle on 5 June.
Participants arriving / departing by plane from Rzeszow International Airport – Rzeszow Jasionka (or exceptionally to Krakow Balice airport) may use transport (shuttle buses) provided by the Ministry of Investment and Economic Development.
Similarly, participants arriving / departing by train from Rzeszow Main Station (or exceptionally to the Krakow Main Station), may use transport (shuttle buses) provided by the Ministry of Investment and Economic Development,
Registration
Participants should register on-line.
Registration deadline is May 6th 2019.
Conference languages and translation
Working languages of the "Forum of Cities and Regions" will be Polish and English.
Accomodation
Delegations for the ministerial session will be accommodated in the Bristol Hotel and other delegations in the Rzeszow Hotel. Please note that the number of reservations is limited and the order of making reservations will decide.
Additional reservations will be possible in the Ambasadorski Hotel and Best Western Premier Princip Hotel.

Participants shall collect their badges at the Main Reception of the Forum in G2 Arena Jasionka on June 5th 2019.
Conference materials
Conference documents and materials will be available in Polish and English.
Cultural program
On June 4th 2019 Marshal of Podkarpacie Vivodeiship will host evening reception in Rzeszow.
On June 5th 2019, at 6:30 pm, delegations will be invited to the Lancut Castle to the evening reception hosted by the Minister Jerzy Kwiecinski preceded by the evening concert.
Transportation will be provided by the Ministry. Invitations will be sent upon registration.
Currency
The currency in Poland is Polish złoty (PLN) (1 EUR = 4.29 PLN as of 04.04.2019)
