Sławomir Sieradzki
He is the Director of the Gas Development Division - System S.A. since February 2016. He has been professionally connected with the natural gas sector for over 10 years. He gained experience working in the company Polskie LNG at the construction of the LNG terminal in Świnoujście. He also worked at the Ministry of Economy in the Department of Oil and Gas as well as sat on the supervisory boards of companies from the capital group PGNiG SA. He is a graduate of international management at the University of Economics in Krakow and financial management of enterprises at the Leon Koźmiński University in Warsaw.
Paweł Engel
Director of the Transport Analysis Department, Centre for EU Transport Projects. Since the beginning of his professional career, he has been involved in projects financed from European funds, and since 2008 in the transport sector. From 2008 to 2015, as Deputy Department Director, he was responsible for obtaining European funds at the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) and, from 2013, for preparing feasibility studies. Author of several tens of cost-benefit analyses for road projects. Since 2015 at CEUTP, deputy, then director of the Analysis and Programming Department, he is responsible, among others, for project evaluation in the field of environmental impact assessments and cost-benefit analyses. Since 2017, as Director of the Transport Analysis Department, he has also been responsible for the evaluation process in the transport sector and preparation of the Integrated Traffic Model for Poland. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Warsaw University of Technology Business School (MBA diploma).
Tomasz Tosza
Political scientist with local government specialization and urban development. From 2003, Key Project Coordinator at the Municipal Investment Department of the Municipal Office of Jaworzno where, among others, he was responsible for the implementation of the Vision ZERO program, and currently deputy director of the Municipal Board of Roads and Bridges.
