Christopher Todd

Born in Scotland, dual French and British nationality. Studied Economics at Edinburgh University and Philosophy at Paris I University.  Worked in the UK Civil Service in London, then since 1995 as an administrator in the European Commission in Brussels. Since 1st January 2000 worked in the Directorate General for Regional and Urban policy of the European Commission.  Head of Unit for different Units, including Germany and the Netherlands, Slovakia, Italy and Malta, and since 1st June 2017 Head of Unit for Poland.  The Unit for Poland is responsible for EU cohesion policy programmes in Poland (European Regional Development Fund and Cohesion Fund). Poland is the biggest beneficiary of EU cohesion policy funds. Projects include major transport and environmental investments, as well as investments in innovation, research and development, business support, ICT and energy efficiency.

Educated in law. He has been working at the Marshal Office since 1999, constantly in the area of ​​EU funds. Previously he worked at Rzeszów Regional Development Agency S.A. From 2015, Director of the Regional Operational Program Management Department at the Marshal's Office in Rzeszów.
