The second edition of the initiative for the developing regions (2017/2018) continues the model verified in the first edition, which partially covers projects launched in 2016-2017 (technology transfer), and partially includes new projects and regions.

- Land use planning (the Podkarpackie and Świętokrzyskie Regions)
- Energy efficiency of single family houses (the Małopolskie and Śląskie Regions)
- Food inspections (the Lubelskie and Podkarpackie Regions)
